ROPER-100-125 Plenum Box
PER plenum boxes are manufactured from hot-dip galvanised sheet steel with connection sleeves fitted with a rubber seal tested for air-tightness. Acoustically insulated with basotec material. The PER plenum box can be used for both supply and exhaust air. To ensure correct settings, there must be a straight length of supply-air duct, its length equivalent to 4 times the duct diameter, before the plenum box.
The PER plenum box is used together with air diffusers for pressure reduction, air-flow balancing and sound attenuation as well as for measuring and adjusting the air flow. The damper and measuring units are removable. The K factor for adjustment is indicated on the damper itself and also in the guide to adjustment entitled “K factors”.
