Portier Basic combines elegant modern desing with Pyrox well known quality. The distinct curved design reflects the trend found in modern architecture of today. The air curtain is meant to be a visible interior element symbolizing today's energy conservation philosophy. Both front panels are curved which make it look good from both sides. It is ideal for mounting modern glass entry areas. Additional front panels in black or stainless steel, can be ordered to fit the room's interior in each case.

Portier Basic is recommended for door heights up to 2.5 meters.

Construction
Crossow fan, electric heating elements and motor are placed inside a corrosion-proof casing of hot-dip galvanized, powder coated sheet steel. Air inlet is from the top.

Operation
The fan speed and heating elements are controlled by a MP control panel. Optionally the MP can be connected to a thermostat like the SR122 to regulate the heating elements. One MP can control up to four Portier air curtains. Fan speed and heating elements are each regulated in three steps: 0 - 1/2 - full.

Mounting
The Portier is mounted horizontally using the M6 mm threaded holes on top of the unit. It can be mounted in pendulums hanging from the ceiling or by using mounting brackets fastened to the wall. Mounting brackets must be ordered separately.

The airflow is directed by tilting output lamellas.
